Once we have discussed your personal wellness needs in our initial consultation, we will create your path to health.  You will set specific health goals that will be the foundation of our time together.

We will explore your past & current food choices, cravings, and eating habits. The outcome is understanding the food choices that work best for you so you can properly fuel and nourish your body .

We also practice bringing more balance into all aspects of your life by assessing your relationships, career, self care, exercise, and spirituality.  Feeling your best is not just about the food on your plate.

What is health coaching?

Health coaching is a one-on-one consulting service in which a certified health coach provides customized, tactical support to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. Whether you’re trying to lose weight, manage a new health condition, resolve digestive discomfort or create new healthy habits, health coaches create personalized programs tailored to your needs and provide practical, strategic advice and accountability.

I have received certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and I am also a certified Reiki Master.

I do not diagnose or treat diseases but, instead, help clients make changes that improve their overall health and well-being across a range of health goals, conditions and concerns. Do I have to be in austin to work with you?

I offer in-person appointments at my Austin office and virtual sessions for long-distance clients.
